Lamborghini, the famous car manufacturer, has filed a lawsuit against the restaurant Dal Toro in Las Vegas, user of the left logo. According to Lamborghini this logo is a copy of their logo and Dal Toro is free riding on the reputation of Lamborghini.
Remarkable detail is that the restaurant is next to a showroom with luxury cars (operating under the same name) where you can buy clothing with the Dal Toro logo. If the trial was in Europe an association between the logo’s is enough to demonstrate similarity. This association is present in the current case to our opinion. Since L’Oréal/Belure Lamborghini should only attest the unfair advantage and free riding by Dal Toro . We put our money on the bull of Lamborghini.
