Flying with Eyjafjallajö

The name Eyjafjallajö might ring a bell. Eyjafjallajö is the name of the volcano that erupted back in 2010 in Iceland causing a massive flight delays and even a complete European air ban.

And now this volcano is in the news again. Icelandair has named one of its aircraft after the volcano Eyjafjallajö. Rather unfortunate you might say. Icelandair says in a reaction that all its 24 planes are named after the volcanoes in Iceland, so its a logical choice. Well, it might be a good idea to be a bit more creative.
