Teenage idol Justin Bieber is being sued by RC3, a company that makes apps.
RC3 has made an app called Joustin’ Beaver. The game is about a beaver with big beaver teeth, that signs Otter-graphs (pun most likely intented) and knocks out Phot-Hogs. For knocking out the Phot-Hogs, he uses a lance. Oh yes, an the Beaver wears a purple sweater.
Bieber’s lawyers asked RC3 to stop with the game. Okay, there may be some references in their to the young pop idol, but RC3 claims that it has First Amendment rights to offer parody without misrepresentation and humor without misappropriation.
RC3 counterclaimed, but what they are claiming is not quite sure. Probably an app maker, our to earns a quick buck.
