Once in a while we do our duty as trademark advisors: we emphasize that a trademark should be distinctive. You have to be the purple cow, the one that stands out in the crowd. Your mark should be recognizable.
Creating an original and recognizable logo is hard. Really hard. But hard work pays off. The stop of protection of a distinctive logo is far greater that that of a logo that has low distinctive character.
