Although it is still a ‘fast food’ chain, McDonald’s is moving towards healthier meals, reducing calories in its meals.
This advertisement, spotted by one of our observant attorneys during his holiday, is an accidental extension of this trend.: an ad of a gym called McFit, right above an ad for McDonald’s?
Coincidence? Probably not. Trademark infringement? Probably.
It would be a good brand extension though: loyal McDonald’s customers get a free membership to McGym to stay McHealthy and McHappy.
