The Red Square in Moscow is a sacred place. So, no matter how big your trademark is, do not mess with the Red Square. This will probably be the lesson for Louis Vuitton who has placed a giant suitcase on the Red Square.
The neighbors already complained against this (temporary) exhibition place and now the politician have filed a petition and asked for demolition of this building as it is bigger than the crypt of Lenin (in Russia nobody is bigger than Lenin). To make things worse, this action was not been agreed upon by the presidential administration. You can guess what this means.
So, always be aware that a nice action to promote your trademark can turn into a nightmare.
