Andrew Moore is known as the giant robot Kryoman who gives spectacular shows at nightclubs. According to Moore Dayglow, a company that organizes music parties, constructed a replica suit and began booking events.
Everybody knows from Robocop that you just do not piss off robots. In this case Kryoman has been pissed off and starts a fight: a lawsuit has been filed on the basis of copyright infringement against Dayglow.
Moore has registered the suit with the U.S. Copyright Office and performs since 2005 with this “nine-foot-tall color-changing suit wielding laser light guns”. He did shows for David Guetta and the Black Eyed Peas.
The complaint states that “It is plainly apparent that, rather than use their own creativity, defendants did nothing more than construct a replica of the Kryoman suit” Moore is requesting for the total destruction of the Dayglow’s suits and damages of more than $150,000. This seems to be the script for an exciting movie!
