Your logo is my logo

This logo of the organization Next Nature consists of many animal logo’s of famous brands such as Armani, Camel and Ferrari. Does this logo constitute an infringement of I.P. rights such as copyright and trademark rights?

Well, this is of course a very interesting I.P. question as for trademark and copyright infringement, similarity must exist. On the base of the copyright and trademark right on one single logo, similarity would be difficult to attest with the (total of the) logo of Next Nature.

On the other hand, MarkMatters.com has the feeling that using such a logo commercially would somewhere not be right. Does anyone have an opinion in this respect?

For one of the holders of the logo’s used a brief relief: Next Nature is not a commercial company and the logo only concerns an unofficial logo.
